Abbott completes acquisition of Facet Biotech
ABBOTT PARK, Ill. Abbott has finished its $450 million acquisition of Facet Biotech, the drug maker said Wednesday, saying the deal would beef up its pipeline of drugs for autoimmune disorders and cancer.
